This Ain't Your Daddy's Career Center

Wow! Times have changed...to say the least! In recent years, career and technology centers seem to carry a stigma. It seemed that our parents experienced this idea of going to a career center as an afterthought when they were in high school...these programs were for kids with no skills and little hope for a future.

Well...Anderson Districts I & II Career and Technology Center (ACTC) in Anderson, South Carolina certainly blows the doors off these past misconceptions. ACTC is a first class training ground for high schoolers for such diverse careers as culinary arts, media broadcasting, welding, forensic science and so many more!

KOOLFLIX™ was given the opportunity to develop a video designed to showcase and promote the advanced career tracks found at the school to the business community. The intent of this video is to engage community leaders to partner with the school for financial support as well as work-based learning opportunities for its students.
